Challenge: The loss of sight associated with glaucoma is very gradual. For many people, by the time it’s diagnosed it can be too late.
Solution: We worked with Glaucoma Australia to produce an early screening campaign. Targetting those most at risk, the TVC and poster campaign showed how glaucoma slowly creeps up on you. It encouraged people over 40 to seek an eye test before the condition could steal their sight.
Reaction: The campaign had an immediate impact. Awareness of the condition increased with an associated increase in screening.
